Ceramic Beads Blasting Media are white,spherical ceramic blasting media,primarily composed of zirconia and silica. This product is mainly used for surface beautification of small metal parts, such as mobile phone cases in 3C products, hardware machinery and molds. This product is not fragile, environmentally friendly and pollution-free.

Ceramic beads are sintered using an electric melting method, resulting in a distinctive internal crystal phase structure with very fine ZrO₂ particles (1-2 μm in diameter) arranged in a tile-like pattern within the SiO₂ matrix. This unique microstructure provides high hardness, impact resistance and excellent wear resistance. It ensures that ceramic sand maintains superior strength and hardness. In contrast, coarse structural grains reduce both the strength and toughness of the shot, leading to premature breakage and fragmentation during use.
The spherical shape, smooth surface, and dust-free nature of the particles create ideal conditions for a good working environment.
Stable chemical inertness ensures that the processed workpieces remain uncontaminated.
