Zirconia Blasting Beads
95 zirconia blasting beads are white，spherical sandblasting media with a zirconia purity greater than 95% . They are mainly used for sandblasting and grinding to treat the surfaces of parts. This product has excellent physical properties, featuring high density, high hardness and near-perfect sphericity, resulting in high precision in processing. Additionally, it has a low wear rate and is durable.
Product Detail
The ZrO2 content is above 95%, which can fully ensure the consistency of sphericity. This product has ultra-high wear resistance, impact resistance, wear resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, self-lubrication and impact resistance. The impact strength can reach ≥1300.
The appearance is bright white, environmentally friendly with zero pollution, and no dust generation.
Main application areas include surface sandblasting of high-hardness metal materials, titanium alloys such as TC4, TA2, TC11, TA15, etc., high-hardness steel, tungsten carbide, and carbon alloy materials for sandblasting & shot peening operations.
